Inclusion criteria
Step by Step will endeavour to support those young people who are challenged by:
· Educational, behavioural and Mental Health difficulties
· Risk of CSE
· Bullying
· Racism/racist behaviours
· Gang affiliation
· Radicalisation
· Aggression
· Self-Harm
· Risk of involvement in criminal or anti-social behaviour
· Knife crime involvement

Training
All of our support workers are fully DBS checked.
All our staff go through a robust mandatory training program to ensure that only the best possible employee's will be looking after the young people.
Our Accommodation
All of our rooms in our properties are double spacious bedrooms fully furnished with all the essentials, each styled with a modern touch. Some rooms are en-suit and others will share a family size bathroom which includes a shower and a bath. The house is filled with good size communal area's and a spacious garden all kept clean and tidy throughout.
