We are a family grown business wanting to give our young people the opportunity to have and receive love, support and guidance that we believe that all our young people deserve.
We offer residential services for young people aged 16-18 from diverse cultures, with a focus on empowering them with the skills needed to build brighter futures.
This involves developing their social, emotional, independence and functional skills, giving our young people the confidence, resilience and coping mechanisms to thrive in today’s ever-changing world.
A word from our director
A little bit about me…………….
I am a paediatric nurse by background with over 11 years experience. I have a special interest in safeguarding. I have worked in the community, the NHS and the private sector.
Children and young people are my passion. I have 3 grown up children of my own. I had my first at 16 years old and all 3 before the age of 22.
Through the years both personally and through family and friends I have experienced:

- Drug abuse
- The fostering system
- Chronic illness
- Young carers
- Mental health
- Alcoholism
- Suicide
- Jail/youth offending
- Knife crime
- Bullying
- LGBQT+
- Domestic violence
- Behavioural Units
- School expulsion
- Higher Education
- University
- Single parent families
All of these things combined give me an insight into some of the underlying issues the youth of today face daily.
I am now in the position to help the young people who can so easily be forgotten or slip through the net.
We all have something to offer and all experiences are valid when shaping the minds of young people.
