At Step by Step Care Group we provide targeted supported living for young adults between the ages of 16 and 18.
We are a diverse team committed to the continued growth of young adults.
Our residential homes allow our young people to gain independence as well as having around the clock support from our dedicated staff.
We work closely with external agencies to ensure that every young person follows an individualised plan of care, to learn, grow and achieve.
Through a sense of belonging, ownership and safety we are able to ensure that life skills, work skills and interpersonal skills are taught and encouraged. Through workshops and mentorship.
